In general, your order will be delivered to your doorstep in 24–72 hours (1–3 working days).
‣ For orders placed on Saturday/Sunday, the next available delivery would be either the following Monday or Tuesday if your order contains live/fresh seafood
‣ For orders placed on Public Holidays, the next available delivery would be the next working day
We strive to provide you with *next-day delivery as much as possible. However, this is still subject to product availability and our delivery routes. Timings may fluctuate during peak periods, such as on the eve of Public Holidays and also depends on our delivery loads from time to time.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery hours as our drivers have to deliver accordingly to their planned route.
